Game Freak Purchases Kao Games – Nintendo Moving Into Mobile Gaming?
Nintendo has been cautious about breaking into the mobile gaming market, but with the announcement of Pokemon Go, that may change. That may even change sooner than we thought, because Takashi Mochizuki, a Tokyo tech reporter at The Wall Street Journal, tweeted that Nintendo has bought Koa Games. Koa Games is a Japan-based mobile phone game company, so they may only release games in Japan, but since GameFreak and Nintendo are worldwide, that could possibly change. Hype? I dunno, they seem too into this mobile game idea. Nintendo will shut them down on using Pokemon though.
